Our Mission

Dedicated to preventing foreclosure and promoting housing stability

We understand that facing foreclosure is stressful and confusing. It's crucial to understand the process and your options. Our senior, HUD‑certified housing counselors bring decades of experience serving Washington homeowners.

We provide clear, step‑by‑step counseling to protect your rights, assess your financial situation, and explore viable options such as loan modification, repayment plans, or partial claims. When eligible, the Washington State Foreclosure Fairness Act allows homeowners to request mediation — and we guide you through it.

Our advocates have represented hundreds of homeowners in mediation and are known for compassion, professionalism, and results across Washington State.

“The difficult part of our job is hearing the fear and desperation in our homeowners’ voices. The extraordinary part is hearing their joyful tears, their words of relief, and their profound sense of a new beginning because they trusted us with their home.”
